Promote and sell broadband (Internet) plans to new and existing customers through digital channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain product details, offers, and benefits.
Convert potential leads from online inquiries and social media platforms into sales.
Maintain daily sales records and report performance to the team leader.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams for timely customer installation and issue resolution.
Follow up with customers for renewals and service feedback.
Stay updated on new plans, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of computers, internet, and online tools (CRM, Excel, etc.).
Strong customer focus and result-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of broadband/ISP services preferred.
