Job Description: Female Telecaller (0–2 Years Experience)

Location: Rohini Sector-8, Delhi (Next to Rohini East Metro Station)
Company: Five Design (Digital & Social Media Marketing Agency)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Weekly Off: Every Sunday
Salary Range: ₹ 10,000 – ₹ 20,000 per month
Incentives:  Extra earnings on achieving monthly sales targets
Note: No salary deduction if monthly targets are not met

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller with 0–2 years of experience for both Inbound and Outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally. This role involves calling potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and assisting with basic client queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our services

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our digital marketing packages

• Maintain follow-ups with interested clients to convert leads into sales

• Record customer details, interactions, and follow-ups in the system

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Achieve monthly calling and sales targets (with incentive rewards)

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
