Job Opening: B2C Voice Process – Australian Solar,Heat Pump and Real Estate Campaign ⚡

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-110034

> Work Mode: Work From Office

> Shift Timing: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Australian Business Hours)

> Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days/Week)

> Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed off)

Role Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals for a B2C lead generation role in the Australian domain. This is a full-time, voice-based position focused on cold calling and lead generation for Australian business clients. Highly preferred candidates with prior experience in Australian B2C/B2B calling will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound B2C cold calls to generate qualified leads and appointments

Engage with Australian residential & business clients and make them aware about the product and services

📝 Maintain accurate call records and lead tracking

🎯 Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently

🤝 Work collaboratively with internal teams to align on campaign goals

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in any international B2C/B2B voice process/ Freshers are also eligible with good communication skills

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

•Proven ability in lead generation and appointment setting

• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment aligned with Australian time zones

Compensation and Benefits:

💰 Salary: For Experiences: Depends on last withdrawn salary and experience

For Fresher : Starting from Rs.15,000
