Job Description – Telecalling Executive
Position: Telecalling Executive
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Shift: Fixed & Rotational Shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for further assistance.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Candidate Requirements
HSC or Graduate qualification.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in English and Hindi.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
