✅ Minimum 3 months' experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC / BPO / Sales preferred

✅ Good communication and convincing skills

✅ Hindi communication required

✅ Comfortable working with sales targets

• Make outbound calls to prospective/eligible customers for Personal Loan offers

• Understand customer requirements and explain loan products and applicable terms

• Generate and convert leads through effective telephone communication

• Follow up with interested customers throughout the application process

• Collect and verify customer information/documents as per company process

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and conversion targets

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records

• Ensure professional customer handling and service

• Follow company policies, processes and compliance requirements
