Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain products/services, answer queries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
2.Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads.
3.Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
4.Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
5.Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
6.Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
7.Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Any Graduate or PUC/12th Pass.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Good verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
