📞 Job Description: Telecaller – Loan Recovery/Collection

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
Shift Timing: Day Shift
Salary: Based on interview performance and prior experience

🔹 Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and confident Telecallers with prior experience in loan recovery or collections (6 months – 1 year). The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer interactions professionally, ensure timely recovery, and maintain positive client relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery and collections.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status.

• Persuade and negotiate with customers to ensure timely payments.

• Follow up on pending cases and escalate issues when necessary.

• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines during calls.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in loan recovery/collections.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
