Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, resolving queries, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries, complaints, and service requests.
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products, services, and offers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Follow approved communication scripts and guidelines during calls.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when required.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or related roles (Freshers can apply)
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as required)
Strong listening and objection-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills
Positive attitude and patience while handling customers
Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Telesales is an advantage
Willingness to learn product/service knowledge and improve performance
