Job Overview:

A Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential customers, clients, or leads via phone to promote products, services, or gather information. They play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience for potential or existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads from provided databases.

Promote and sell products/services via phone calls, ensuring clear communication and persuasive language.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Provide detailed information about the products and services offered.

Handle customer objections and address queries to maintain positive customer relations.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and leads in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads who have shown interest in services or products.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and sales.

Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team, if necessary.

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and resolving issues or complaints promptly.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably).

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Patience and a positive attitude.

Multitasking and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a call center or telesales environment.

Knowledge of relevant industry products and services.

Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
