Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Tele Callers / Coordinators to join our team at ND CARE NIROGAM PVT LTD. This role involves managing and updating information efficiently, supporting key data and communication processes, and assisting with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.

• Ensure data accuracy, identify irregularities, and perform timely corrections.

• Maintain and organize digital and physical records for easy access.

• Support internal teams with reports and summaries to facilitate decision-making.

• Coordinate effectively with other departments and assist in day-to-day administrative duties.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Qualification (e.g., Graduate or equivalent)

• Experience: Experience Range (e.g., 0–2 years in customer service or coordination roles)

• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work 6 Days during flexible shifts.
