Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the required timeframe.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.

• Maintain a professional and polite communication style.

• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet browsing.

Eligibility

• Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

• Experience: Freshers can apply; customer support experience is an advantage.

• Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers professionally.
