Job Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.

Handle customer queries and provide required information.

Follow up with customers for payments / services as per process.

Maintain accurate call records and update system data.

Achieve daily calling and performance targets.

Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.

Adhere to company compliance and calling guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: PUC / Graduate

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in required regional language.

Basic computer knowledge required.

DRA Certified candidates preferred (for higher salary slab).

Candidates with collections / sales / customer support experience will be an added advantage.

Salary Structure

PUC Fresher – ₹13,000

PUC + Experience – ₹14,000

Graduate Fresher – ₹14,000

Graduate (Experienced without experience letter / Other domain) – ₹15,000

Graduate with Collections / Sales / Customer Support Experience – ₹16,000

PUC – DRA Certified – ₹16,000

Graduate + Relevant Experience & DRA Certified – ₹17,000

Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified + Police Verification – ₹18,000
