Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Freshers: ₹12,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹14,000 per month

DRA Process

Salary: Up to ₹14,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Update call records and customer information accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Age: 18–30 years
Basic computer knowledge.
Good verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Confident and professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or collections.
Knowledge of the DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) process is an advantage.
Good communication in Hindi and basic English.
