Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Aerial Telecom Solutions Private Limited. This role involves outbound sales calls to prospective customers, explain our products and services, and convert leads into sales. Earn a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are welcome).
Good spoken Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
