Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner.

• Maintain and update customer information in the database.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Provide accurate information to customers about products, pricing, and offers.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team for closing leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
