Proven experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English).
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver results.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM preferred.
Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
Experience in B2B or B2C telesales or service-based industry is an advantage.
