Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining project details, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads.

• Explain property details, project benefits, and investment opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales follow-up.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about projects.

• Maintain call logs, client records, and follow-up schedules.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate preferred).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.

• Good command of Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
