Trikona Studio is a professional photography and cinematography studio specializing in wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, maternity, baby, and commercial photography. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients and help grow our business.

Job Title

Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and wedding photography leads.

  • Respond to customer inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

  • Understand customer requirements, including event date, location, photography needs, and budget.

  • Explain our photography and cinematography services and packages.

  • Follow up with interested clients and convert inquiries into bookings.

  • Schedule client meetings and photography consultations.

  • Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.

  • Coordinate with the sales and photography team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.

  • Confident, friendly, and professional telephone etiquette.

  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

  • Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or Graduate.

  • Freshers can apply.

  • Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
