Job Summary

Track Ship Courier & Logistics is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Advisors to handle inquiries, guide potential business partners, and convert leads into successful franchise, distributorship, and delivery hub partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.

Explain business opportunities and investment plans.

Conduct telephonic consultations and presentations.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Maintain lead records and daily reports.

Coordinate with the onboarding and operations team.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Hindi and English speaking ability.

Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development experience preferred.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
