Role & Responsibilities
• Work on interested leads provided by the company (No Cold Calling).
• Connect with customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
• Follow up with customers and ensure end-to-end sales closure.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience before and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
## Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification: •Intermediate (12th Pass)••.
• Marathi language is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
