We are an established International BPO operating for over 20 years in Malad West, with a current employee strength of 350 employees. As we expand our operations, we are looking to hire 100 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 for various 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱/𝗜𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱/𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for U.S. clients.

Meet sales targets and KPIs.

Provide excellent customer service while ensuring company standards are maintained.

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong command over spoken and written English.

𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲: A go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and eager to achieve targets.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Previous experience in outbound/inbound sales (preferred but not mandatory).

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁: Target-oriented and committed to delivering results.

𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:

Competitive salary (based on interview performance).
