Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
Explain holiday packages, group tours, visa services, cruises, and travel offers.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Coordinate with the operations and sales team for quotations and bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telecalling, travel sales, customer service, or hospitality.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations will be an added advantage.
Experience using CRM software is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
