Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing leads.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Explain company products and services to potential customers.
Generate leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
Maintain customer details and call records in the system.
Follow up with interested customers and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Qualifications
Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
