Job Summary

The Tele Caller will be responsible for generating business opportunities by contacting prospective customers, following up on enquiries, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining customer records.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce Atcorp's products and services.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with existing enquiries received through various marketing channels.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and direct enquiries to the appropriate sales engineer.

• Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

3. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM/Excel.

• Update daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

• Prepare weekly reports on call performance and lead conversion.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate appointments between customers and sales engineers.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing activities.

• Assist in promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, inside sales, or lead generation.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Good computer knowledge (MS Office & Tally).

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
