Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.

• Schedule appointments or demos for field sales teams, if required.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Share updates and reports with the team leader or manager.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in [choose language(s): Tamil, Telugu.

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Basic computer skills (CRM usage, Excel, etc.).

  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
