• Maintain organized and accurate records of calls and conversions.

6. Problem Resolution

• Listen actively to customer concerns.

• Provide quick solutions or escalate issues to seniors when required.

7. Product/Service Knowledge

• Understand the company's products or services thoroughly.

• Communicate benefits clearly and confidently to customers.

8. Time Management

• Manage calling schedules effectively.

• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and workload.

9. Professional Communication

• Use clear, polite, and effective verbal communication.
