JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER (REAL ESTATE RESALE)
Experience: 1–3 Years•
Designation Options: Telecaller – Real Estate Resale or Tele-Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Role Summary:
Responsible for generating leads, calling prospective buyers, scheduling site visits, and supporting sales closures for real estate resale properties.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm & cold leads from CRM, portal leads (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com).
Explain property features, pricing, and location advantages to prospects.
Understand buyer requirements and match suitable resale inventory.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales team.
Follow up with prospects until closure; maintain high call productivity.
Update CRM daily with call notes, lead stage, and feedback.
Handle basic inbound queries regarding property availability.

Qualifications
Graduate/12th Pass
1–3 years experience in real estate tele calling (resale preferred)
