Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team, focused on contacting and converting potential chauffeur candidates. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, possess excellent communication and convincing skills, and have prior experience in converting leads into job placements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential chauffeurs from provided lead lists or databases

• Explain job roles, requirements, and benefits clearly and convincingly

• Answer queries from potential candidates regarding the job or hiring process

• Follow up with leads consistently to ensure maximum conversions

• Maintain call logs, lead status, and update recruitment excel sheets

• Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1–2 years in tele calling, preferably in recruitment or field sales

• Fluency in Hindi and English is a must

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to convince and convert leads effectively

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call tracking tools or excel sheet

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
