Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our immigration team. The role involves contacting potential and existing clients, explaining immigration services, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Explain immigration processes, services, and eligibility requirements.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and provide updates.

• Answer questions regarding visa categories, documentation, and timelines (as per company guidelines).

• Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team to schedule consultations.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

• Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and understand English.

• Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and handle objections.

• Basic knowledge of immigration/overseas education processes (preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Education & Experience

Minimum 10+2 Pass or Above pass candidate.

Minimum Experience of 0-6 mts of Immigration Calling
