A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to customers to promote products/services, handle inquiries, and generate leads or sales.

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain products or services clearly
Answer customer queries and provide information

Maintain call records and update databases
Follow up with customers regularly
