Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls:
Contact prospective and existing customers to generate leads, introduce products/services, and convert prospects into customers.
Inbound Calls:
Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide detailed information about products or services.
Customer Management:
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate solutions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records, and ensure data is entered correctly into the CRM system.
Sales & Targets:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or engagement targets through effective persuasion and negotiation.
