We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team Sunrise Solar Systems The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 20000 ++ and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to daily leads received via WhatsApp CRM Dashboard.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects until deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales updates in CRM.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
Coordinate with the technical/installation team when required.
Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the management.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Graduate (any stream preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (solar industry preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and WhatsApp lead handling.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
