Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele caller to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective students/clients, providing information about our training and development programs, and assisting them in the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients.
Explain training programs, courses, and institute details clearly and effectively.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain call records, follow-ups, and update the database.
Work towards achieving monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counsellors and admin team for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in tele calling / customer service / sales.
Good communication skills in English (must) and Hindi/Marathi (preferred).
Confidence, polite telephone etiquette, and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM entry).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
