About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates / entry-level candidates for a telesales role with our Gas & Energy client. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, creating awareness about energy products/services, and generating qualified leads. Full training will be provided – you just need strong communication skills and the willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to customers and introducing gas and energy solutions.

• Explaining plans and offers in a simple and professional manner.

• Collecting and recording customer details accurately in CRM systems.

• Building rapport with customers and scheduling follow-ups for interested leads.

• Supporting the sales team by generating high-quality leads.

• Meeting assigned daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude while handling queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates / 12th pass candidates welcome – no prior experience needed.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Confidence in speaking over the phone and ability to engage with customers.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, CRM tools training will be given).
