Telesales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Institutional Business Telecaller to handle student enquiries, promote our training programs, and convert prospective students into admissions. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with a strong interest in counselling and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow up on enquiries.

Explain courses, training programs, fees, duration, placement assistance, and other benefits.

Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.

Convince and motivate prospective students to attend counselling sessions and complete admission.

Follow up regularly with interested candidates through calls and messages.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and business targets.

Coordinate with the counselling and academic teams.

Build good relationships with students and parents.

Generate new admission opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.

Handle student objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Preferred Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma.

Previous experience in telecalling, admissions, education sales, business development, or counselling is preferred.

Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
