Tele collection / Telesales Executive – Job Description

Company: Pace setters business solutions
Position: Tele collection & Telesales Executive
Languages Required:

Telugu DRA
Kannada DRA

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Fixed & Rotational
Qualification: Any Degree

Job Responsibilities

Handle telecollection and telesales process
Communicate with customers regarding payments and services
Follow up with customers through calls
Maintain customer records and update reports
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Provide proper customer support and query resolution

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Telugu or Kannada
Basic computer knowledge
Confidence in handling customer calls
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
