We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Telecalling Executives.

Job Summary

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for connecting with existing and potential supporters, explaining the NGO's mission and ongoing projects, encouraging donations and participation, maintaining donor relationships, and ensuring a positive communication experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors.

• Explain the NGO's mission, campaigns, and social initiatives effectively.

• Encourage individuals and organizations to contribute through donations or volunteer participation.

• Follow up with interested donors and maintain regular communication.

• Build long-term relationships with donors and supporters.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, donor information, and follow-up activities in the CRM or database.

• Meet daily and monthly calling and fundraising targets.

• Handle donor queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign updates and donor support.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Passion for social causes and community service.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or sales will be an added advantage.
