What You'll Do

Generate and close loan sales over calls.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful disbursements.
Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer information with complete confidentiality.

Who We're Looking For

12th Pass or above.
1–5 years of experience in telesales, banking, finance, insurance, or customer sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
Someone who believes in performance over excuses.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Monthly Incentives: ₹50,000+ (Top performers earn even more)
