Tele Sales Caller

📍 Location: Shott Amusement Limited - Unit no. 10, Behind Rajdhani Restaurant, Gate no. 2,  NESCO Centre, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400063

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Caller to generate leads, onboard new clients, and drive business growth through outbound calling and follow-ups.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales

Key Skills:

• Strong verbal & written communication

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills

• Knowledge of sales & marketing techniques

• Result-driven and self-motivated

• Basic working knowledge of MS Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through outbound calls

• Onboard new clients and manage corporate tie-ups

• Pitch products/services and schedule appointments

• Follow up via calls and emails

• Close sales deals and achieve targets

• Maintain lead database and call records

• Coordinate with Sales team for client meetings

• Handle customer queries and complaints

• Update customer details and sales reports
