Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller to join our CA/CS firm, handling outbound and inbound calls to clients for taxation services, ROC /Company compliance, and lead generation. You'll play a key role in building client relationships and supporting our corporate secretarial and financial advisory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients, following up on leads for GST registration, TDS compliance, ROC filings, and audit services.

• Handle inbound queries on tax returns, company incorporations, and statutory compliance under Companies Act 2013.

• Schedule appointments for CAs and Company Secretaries with clients.

• Update CRM with call logs, client details, and feedback.

• Promote firm services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial consulting via phone.

• Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations (e.g., DND lists) and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements:

• HSC/Graduate in any stream; commerce background preferred.

• 1-2 years of telecalling experience, ideally in financial/CA services.

• Excellent Hindi and English communication skills (bilingual fluency essential).

• Proficiency in basic MS Excel for data entry and CRM tools.

• Persuasive, patient, and target-oriented with strong listening skills.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, or corporate compliance is a plus.
