Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Nurturing

Manage and qualify leads generated through WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, referrals, co-working tie-ups, and field activities
Conduct discovery calls to understand client HR challenges and requirements
Nurture prospects through structured follow-ups until closure

Sales & Conversion

Pitch HR outsourcing solutions (Payroll, Compliance, HRMS, HR Operations)
Prepare proposals, commercials, and scope of work in coordination with the seniors.
Negotiate terms and close deals as per assigned targets
