Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Female Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting them into customers or franchise partners.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers / franchise leads

Handle inbound inquiries professionally

Explain company products, services, and franchise opportunities clearly

Follow up with interested prospects regularly

Maintain and update customer database

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal team for smooth operations

🔹 Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.)

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
