Key Responsibilities of Tele caller :-

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls from potential clients

  • Explain immigration services, visas, and eligibility clearly

  • Handle inquiries related to study, work, PR, and visitor visas

  • Assess basic client profiles and requirements

  • Schedule appointments for consultants

  • Maintain and update client records in CRM

  • Follow up with interested leads regularly

  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
