Job Title: Telecaller / Counsellor

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Contact prospective candidates and explain program details.
Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp.
Schedule appointments and maintain records.
Assist candidates throughout the application process.
Coordinate with the internal team and update lead status.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling or counselling experience preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
