Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our domestic call center team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience of 0-2 year in a domestic call center
Qualifications:
Minimum graduate
Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English communication skills.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
Good listening skills and patience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
