• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients

• Explain products/services and convince customers effectively

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions

• Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
