We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team to handle client communications, lead follow-ups, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, generate interest, and qualify leads for sales follow-up.

• Handle inbound inquiries from clients and provide project details in a clear and professional manner.

• Maintain and update the database / CRM with client details, follow-up status, and lead progress.

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, client meetings, and closure support.

• Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely conversion and maintain engagement.

• Share daily reports on call status, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.

• Provide accurate information about projects, offers, pricing, and availability to customers.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance the company’s reputation.

• Assist in marketing activities such as promotional calls, event invitations, and campaign support.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
