Week off - Tuesday Weekoff (Saturday and Sunday working)

Experience: 1–8 Years (Any Voice Process / Real Estate Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote residential projects.

• 2. Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and other relevant information to customers.

• 3. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

• 4. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

• 5. Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.

• 6. Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt responses.

• 7. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

• 8. Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing activities when required.

• 9. Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in real estate / customer support preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office 

• Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude.
