Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at RS Caterers.
The role involves handling customer calls, providing catering service information, generating leads, and maintaining accurate customer records. The candidate will support our sales and customer service operations while ensuring a professional and friendly experience for every customer.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 (Based on Interview Performance)
Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
📋 Provide information about our catering services, packages, and offers.
📝 Maintain and update customer details and inquiry records accurately.
📅 Coordinate with the sales team and schedule appointments for client meetings.
🎯 Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
📊 Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
🤝 Maintain good customer relationships and handle queries professionally.
🔒 Ensure confidentiality of customer and business information.

Job Requirements:

✔ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
✔ Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM is a plus)
✔ Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
