Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telecallers to join our telecom team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining telecom products or services, and generating leads or sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain telecom products, plans, and services clearly.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers for service activation or feedback.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility

Education: Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass

Experience: Freshers can apply

Basic knowledge of telecom services is an advantage.
